Some of you may be able to tell what Christmas gift Bryan and I treated ourselves to by the quality of our  pictures in the most recent posts......yes, it's true we caved in and bought ourselves the Canon Rebel T3.  Actually Bryan ordered it 3 weeks before Christmas and the day it arrived I heard Bryan bet with Evelyn 7 sodas that mom would open it up before Christmas. I was so determined to prove him wrong. Six days past and every time I stepped into my closest the box would stare me down and it was calling my name. I couldn't take it anymore, I broke down and opened it while he was at school. So who cares, he got his sodas and I got a camera. Fair trade! 

One of the reasons I love this camera is I can take pictures while my kids are on the go. My kids are too fast these days to capture anything with my point and shoot without it being completely blurry. Having my kids pose for a picture is asking rivers to part and mountains to move. It would simply be a miracle. So we thought a Canon might fix our problem and we love it! It's been so fun messing around with our new toy. We are both amateur photographers but here are some of our favorites so far.
