Lewis reunion 2020
10:13 AMSeeing family always does great things for my soul! I'm so lucky that while we were in Orem visiting the Williams family, we also got to see Alice-Anne and Julia's family for a day. We chatted lots and went for a hike later in the afternoon. It was a perfect day!
Then a few days later we made the drive up to the Northwest to see my parent's and a few of my siblings. We had lots of fun at Grandma and Grandpa's house, playing at the Vances and hanging on the beach. So grateful to see so many family during this trip!

TENDER MERCY story: The day we were going to leave, I wanted to leave at 8am so we weren't arriving too late that day. Well as we were packing up Bryan could not find his wallet anywhere. We looked all over and over and still could not find it. We checked his backpack two times where he usually keeps it but still nothing. So we said a prayer to find it. I had a feeling that there was a reason that we couldn't find it. Well after searching for an hour we found it in his backpack. The same place we looked twice.
We were so grateful we found it and started driving on to Oregon. Half way through the drive we were in Boise Idaho driving 65MPH with all the other cars when right in front of us, some cars stopped abruptly which led the motorcycle right in front of us to swerve and spin and then roll multiple times. There were 2 passengers on the motorcycle at the time and one of them flew off and hit the median. We immediately pulled over and Bryan ran out to be of medical help to the lady who fell off the motorcycle. She was in bad condition but Bryan helped stabalized her head and made sure she was breathing while he waited for paramedics to come.
I knew immediately why God wanted us to leave later. It was such a blessing that Bryan was there at that time to be of assistance to that lady. I believe the Lord orchestrated the timing of all of this. It was such a special moment for my kids to have an opportunity right there in the car to pray for those hurt from this accident. We were all pretty shook up from experiencing the accident in front of us but so incredibly grateful that we made it Oregon safely that day.
