I have to break up my "catch up" posts to write up about Christian and the funny things as of late. This kid has an addiction......an addiction to the TV.  Evelyn was never one to sit still during a show at a young age and even now, but Christian has always been captivated. It's been nice at times when I need a break or get things done but it's also been hard trying to limit his tube time.

A few stories as of late can depict this addiction so well......

--One night when Bryan was putting Christian to bed he asked him "Christian, what do you want to do when you get older?"
C: "I wanna watch TV"
B: "No, Christian. Like what do you want to do for a job and such."
C: " I know, I want to watch TV"
B: "I meant.....You know how Dad wants to be a doctor, what do you want do?"
C: "Dad! I know what you mean and I just want to watch TV"


One afternoon, Bryan's friend came over to pick something up. Bryan was in the back and Christian was watching a show. Danny knocks on the door,  and Christian goes and gets it. He answers the door and says "Hi Danny" and then goes right back to the couch to watch his show. Danny, not sure what to do says "Christian, go get your dad" Christian (never taking his eyes of the TV) doesn't move a muscle. So for what probably felt like 5 min, Danny was just standing in the living room with Christian paying no attention to him. Finally, Danny said again "Christian, go get your dad." Christian slowly making his way to the room,walking backwards to our room so he never misses a second of his show to get Bryan.
Addict, I'm telling you!

Then today, Bryan was feeling pretty sick and so jokingly he told Christian to go get his phone so he can call the ambulance. Christian goes gets his phone and turns on Clifford!
hahaha! So glad our kid is there for us when we are in danger
