I have been meaning to post about Christian's baby blessing for about.......um,......5 months now but it obviously has not happened. So before the year ends I wanted to record about this special event.

It's a joke and a fact in my Lewis family that when we get together we try to pack as many events as we can. With a large family, its your only choice. And the weekend Christian was blessed was an action packed weekend. The day before he was blessed, my niece Sydney was baptized, we finished packing up all our boxes and loaded it in the trailer for our move to AZ and visited with more family in the evening. Then that night we had no furniture to sleep on so my sister graciously let us crash at her place in Salt Lake City.
We were so lucky to have so many family members on both sides in attendance at Christian's blessing. It was such a sweet blessing and I couldn't help but think back to the moment Christian was placed in my arms for the first time and I knew and felt that this little boy was a special child of God.

Those who stood in the blessing were Great Grandpa Williams, Grandpa Williams and Lewis, Gary Johns, Gary Vance, Crismon, Matt Egan, Herb Williams, Cody Williams, Taylor Williams and Bishop Rasmussen.
