Happy mothers-day, Sweetie

12:29 AM

The best kept secret is you. As the sun rises I wake not to a rooster call, but a chorus of praises from my oldest child. From her bedroom she will call mommy, mommy, mommy, mommy until she is rewarded with footsteps down the hall. On the rare morning that I walk into the room first, Evelyn takes one look at me and says, “No, mommy!!!” As if to declare, Mommy is irreplaceable. Meredith, I witness your tenderness, patients, and compassion daily. Thank you for providing the miracle of motherhood for our home. You are the poster mom for giving perfect love. This mother day we hope you receive a portion of the love you freely give every day.
Love,
The Williams Family.
Dad! Mom is going to be so embarrassed. This is the worst mothers day gift ever, even the toilet plunger was a better idea then  a blog post. Nothing like private (public) card to say "i love you" ("i am the best husband ever.") Next year just give me the money and I will get the gift for you, of-course there is a small service fee.
