Turning 24 this past week makes me feel old. I think it was the fact that my drivers license expired. I remember looking at the expiration date (2-1-2011) when I was 16 and thinking that this day would never come. It's pretty pathetic that I have lived in Utah for over 3 years and I'm just now getting a Utah's license and now I leave for AZ in 6 months.
Anyways, my birthday was so relaxing and it was exactly what I needed. So here was the run down of my 24th b-day

--Slept in and Bryan made me french toast for breakfast (he used the cinnamon bread from Kneaders......amazing!!)
--B watched Evelyn so I could go to the gym
--When I got back he took E to the Library so I could get ready for the day without Evelyn hanging onto my leg
--By the time they got back it was time for E to take a nap. PERFECT!!
--GOt things done and then took a nap myself
--My visiting teacher brought over some amazing homemade icecream.....seriously the best thing ever (can you tell I'm pregnant because this whole post is turning into a food post)
--When Bryan got back from school he made dinner and had set up a surprise for me by having my wonderful sister and her family and my brother show up at my door in time for dinner.
--THen the second surprise came for both my sister and I when Bryan sent us out the door with an address in hand. The address led us to a salon for scheduled pedicures for both of us. It was pure relaxation spending an hour and half soaking my feet. (for memory sake: During the pedicures I got a "butt" call from Bryan. It was hilarious to hear the conversation in the background. Here is how it went:

Spencer(3yrs old): I want mommy! Where is she?
Bryan: Her and Meredith went to play together
Kenna(5yrs old): You mean they went to the park? (fyi it was 9pm at this point)
Gary: THey went to go get a pedicure.
Kenna: What's a pedicure?
Bryan: A place where girls go and gossip

Bryan is pretty accurate! :) jk

All in all it was a fabulous day. THanks for all the birthday wishes and phone calls. LOVED THEM ALL!!
