mother's day pictures

It was a first in a long time that we were actually ready for church way before it was time to go. So what better way to bring in a loving and peaceful spirit into your home before church by making your kids sit still for pictures! :) I really just wanted 1 good picture of the kids and I. It ended up being more comical than expected.
Then Evelyn wanted to give a try at her photography skills. But a DSLR is a little heavy for her and so the camera drifted down fast as she tried to snap the pictures
It became a game for Bryan and I to try and position ourselves perfectly wherever the camera drifted to (hence the overly slanted pose)
