I told Bryan that one thing I really wanted for Christmas and before the baby came was a nice rocking chair. In my mind I was thinking that we could go to the store and pick out one together. But Bryan was thinking "I could just make one out of the scraps of wood and loose screws that my family has in Oregon when we go up for Thanksgiving." I was a little reluctant to agree with his idea but in the end it turned out to be amazing! Bryan was so good about spending the day with the family during the holiday and during the late hours in the night he spent on the rocking chair. I was so amazed how fast he was able to put it together and still it's way comfortable. Thanks Bry!(PS and thanks to Jacob, Bryan's brother, he is finishing the last touches by sanding and painting it)
